best value business or businesses.

call the business or businesses to describe your
need.

You
will then receive a call to schedule an appointment
at your convenience. Make sure you have your ID
card available to show the service person when they
arrive.

Businesses
referred by Shoreline Helping Hands will always
give you an estimate of the total cost of the work
before proceeding. The estimate will include the
special price for subscribers.

For
future work by the same business you can either
call our toll-free number or call the business directly.
PAYING FOR SERVICES
•
You
directly pay the business providing the service. The cost
will be at the special price the business has agreed to
give subscribers.

If you
are using a Gift Card to
pay, hand the card to the service person. The business
will bill the Gift Card. If there is still a balance owed,
you will receive an invoice from the business.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
•
The
first time you use a participating business we will call
you within 10 business days to check on your satisfaction
with the work.

We encourage
you to contact us at other times if you have questions
or concerns about service.
•
Periodically
you will receive a customer satisfaction form to help
us know more about how the participating businesses are
doing.
